English Language Acquisition (ESL) & Cultural Immersion
Support for Students with Limited English Proficiency (Low TOEFL Scores)
Since 1994, Redemption Christian Academy has supported international students with
limited English proficiency (LEP) through its
Cultural Learning Immersion Program (CLIP), an English as a Second Language (ESL) - based immersion model designed to develop academic and conversational English skills.
International students at RCA benefit from:

- Rigorous academic pathways, including Advanced Placement and college-level coursework for qualified students
- Personalized academic and personal support within a close, relationship-driven community
Teachers continuously monitor language acquisition and academic progress, providing targeted ESL support as needed. Historically, students reach functional English proficiency within a short period and transition into grade-level instruction by the end of the academic year.
I-20 Forms & Student Visas
Once an international student is accepted, Redemption Christian Academy will issue a Form I-20, which is required to apply for an F-1 student visa at a U.S. consulate or embassy.
After receiving the Form I-20, students are required to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee and present proof of payment when applying for the F-1 visa and upon entry to the United States.
Refund Policy for International Students
- Cancellations made prior to the student’s scheduled start date are non-refundable.
- Withdrawals or cancellations after the program start date, or dismissal due to violation of program rules, are not eligible for refunds or credits.
