Goodway functions as a living classroom. Students, staff, and volunteers work side by side baking, packaging, and fulfilling orders. Every product baked at Goodway directly supports Redemption Christian Academy. Proceeds help fund student scholarships, housing, meals, and educational resources for students who might otherwise lack access to these opportunities. Each order contributes to the daily operation and long-term sustainability of the school.
Goodway also supports RCA through structured career pathways, offering students exposure to food preparation, baking technology, culinary arts, packaging, logistics, sales, and marketing.
