"If you value peace of mind and trust, then RCA is for your family! We are a blue collar, family-oriented institution which emphasizes old time values! At RCA we NURTURE and CULTIVATE your child!"
Here at Redemption, we breed the leaders of tomorrow. There is a leadership role for every student to play at RCA! As an interdependent body, our school offers unique opportunities no matter the age or personality.
Whether it is taking position in the Student Congress, launching a school fundraiser to raise money for overseas missions, or making visitors feel welcomed as a Student Tour Guide, students will have an opportunity to use their ingenuity and talents.
They are encouraged to volunteer as student-teacher aides in the classroom assisting in tutoring, and sharing ideas for creative study tools.
RCA Residential Leaders are also a vital position as they must be role models to provide a tranquil, inviting atmosphere in the dorms.
They can join the APB (activities programming board) to plan school outings and weekend trips. Members will learn how to budget, raise funds, and save alongside leaders from the Student Congress.
While some students might be captains on a competitive athletic team, others rather enjoy a leadership position on an intramural sports team.
The RCA Outreach Club gives students many outlets to compassionately serve their school community in many ways such as Soup for Seniors, in which students deliver all-natural, homemade soup to the elderly in the community.
The members of our agricultural clubs such as the Garden Club and Farming Club will produce environmentally responsible leaders.
Students who join the Soaping Club, will learn the value of sustainable practices by having the opportunity to work with non- GMO and organic ingredients. The RCA culinary arts club members can experience a farm to table approach by using fresh free range chicken from our Chicken Coop Club and fresh produce from the RCA garden.
We promote leadership qualities by providing a safe family-like environment, which allows for consummate thinkers to foster innovative ideas to be problem solvers.
This enables students to learn how to communicate their thoughts, build social skills, and express themselves to others in a respectful way.
Our leadership program helps students grasp what it means to be a productive citizen, and make meaningful contributions to their community giving them an awareness of their world-wide impact.
